An international portfolio is the public body of work that lets a recruiter abroad assess you without knowing your previous employers. It replaces local reputation, which does not travel, with verifiable evidence: projects explained with their context, your specific role and the measurable result they produced.

Someone hiring from another continent cannot call your old manager and has no idea whether your former employer was large or small. The portfolio fills that gap. It works better with a few well-explained cases than with many loose links: problem, constraint, the decision you made and what changed afterwards.
